Wenhaston Archive Control

The Wenhaston Archive Notelets feature eight photographs of the village from around ninety years ago. The subjects are:

  • Wenhaston Station: Looking back toward Wenhaston from near the ford showing the station building at Wenhaston Station on the Southwold Railway
  • Southwold Railway: Loco number 1 hauls a train to Southwold near Blythburgh
  • Kitty Mill Windmill: A detailed photograph of the old post mill in Wenhaston
  • Wenhaston Street: The main street from outside Hollydene looking toward Hill House
  • Narrow Way: A view from the top of St Peter's Church Tower looking along Narrow Way
  • Coles Hill from Blyford Lane: A view from Blyford looking along the footpath towards Coles Hill with Kitty Mill in the distance and the Stone Chapel too

The notelets are blank inside with details of the image and the Wenhaston Archive Project on the reverse.
